Had a quick session today that was cut short by being totally rinsed by the surf and breaking the tube batten in my sail. Besides that it was a great session once out back beyond the large surf where I was well powered with lots of little jumps off the chop. Al came down just as I was on the rinse cycle and not having anyhing bigger than a 5.7 decided to go for a surf. A real pity my batten broke but that is the price one pays.
